SHIPPINGS AND WITHDRAWALS

Packages are generally dispatched within 2/4 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by DHL Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

We inform you that in the summer period for orders received from December, the 15th until January, the 5th, the shipments may be delayed due busy periods of shipping.

Precious materials made items are produced by request and need from 5 to 15 working days to be produced by our artisans. In any case shipping will be communicated by email to the customer. Shipping time depends on delivery area as described below.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.

COUNTRIES AND TIME OF DELIVERY

Products purchased on the www.speedometerofficial.ae website are normally delivered within 5 working days from the order date in the UAE, and within 8 days for all other destinations.
In case of Express service, delivery will be made in a day from the order date for all destinations.
Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.
An extra working day, compared to the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.
For orders paid for by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated upon receiving payment confirmation.
Products shall, in any case, be delivered within 30 days in accordance with the terms foreseen by laws in force.

We would like you to remember that with an international e-commerce transaction customs duties and foreign taxes are not included. We can’t provide an estimation of that additional costs that customs will charge to you.
